PROJECT: Protect and grow Geek Squad culture.
Best Buy was expanding Geek Squad and they needed a way to help connect all the Agents across the globe and make sure their identity and brand story were not getting lost.
As the scope of Geek Squad services expanded to home theater and automotive tech we worked with Geek Squad’s founder (Robert Stephens) to bring the original vision and mission of Geek Squad to life in a handbook for all Agents.
The Little Orange Book was part of a year-long research, design, and culture building assignment to get everyone literally on the same page as we worked to launch Geek Squad’s new tagline, “Go ahead, use us.”

The handbook came with a small UV light that revealed secret messages printed in special ink (blue graphics and type in layouts below).
